1. The vacuum freeze drying does not run

The ambient temperature is too high, the condenser is blocked, the compressor is overloaded, the lack of refrigerant, the low pressure is too low, the air intake is too large, and the compressor is stuck.

3. The compressor does not start

The wiring is incorrect, the voltage is too low, the starting capacitor is damaged, the relay or contactor is not closed, the starting winding is open, and the phase is missing.

4. The compressor is repeatedly started and stopped due to overload protection, low voltage or three-phase unbalance, other electrical equipment is connected to the overload protector, the overload protector fails, the running electric heater is too small, the exhaust pressure is too high, and the windings are short-circuited , The thermal relay contacts are stuck firmly.

5. The relay burns out

The voltage is too high or too low. The running capacitor is not correct, repeated start and stop, the relay specifications do not match, and the mounting seat is incorrect.

6. The capacitor burns out

The specifications do not match, and the voltage is too high.

7. Exhaust pressure is too high

The amount of refrigerant is too much, there is air in the refrigeration system, the condenser is dirty, the ambient temperature is too high, the fan pressure switch is faulty, the fan motor is faulty, the fan rotation direction is incorrect, and the cooling water flow control valve is faulty.

8. Exhaust pressure is too low

The amount of refrigerant is too small, and the fan pressure switch is malfunctioning
