Motor Does Not Turn1. Electric cabinet indicator light (or digital display) is on, and check whether the connection line of the external plug inside the electric cabinet is loose and broken. 2. Electric cabinet indicator light (or number display) is not on. 3. Confirm that "1 "and" 2" are normal. 4. Frequency converter receiving high frequency interference shows "O.U.". 5. Display of converter protection function.1. Replug the plug and connect the broken wire. 2. Update the fuse or confirm no abnormal power supply. 3. Update the circuit board or electric cabinet. 4. Receive the ground line or change the work place. 5. Exclude according to the converter specification P33.
Non-heating bath1, bath pot countless obvious. 2. The "OUT" or "ON" green indicator light in the temperature controller is ON and not heated. 3. When the temperature of the bath is lower than the set temperature, the "OUT" or "ON" green indicator light in the temperature controller is not ON. 4. The temperature controller displays "OVER" or "000".

1. Detection power supply 220V. 2. Change the heating ring. Replace the solid state relay or relay board. 3. Temperature change controller. 4. Detect probe wiring or update probe.

Temperature bath pot to rush1. When the temperature of the bath is higher than the set temperature, the "OUT" or "ON" green indicator light in the temperature controller will not go OUT. (1-2 ℃ is normal) 2, temperature controller in the "OUT" or "ON" green lights have been destroyed, continue to heat. 3. The digital display bath temperature is much lower than the actual bath temperature.1. Temperature change controller. 2. Replace solid state relay or relay board. 3. Change the probe or temperature controller.
Vacuum pumping1. The solvent in the container is limited by the pressure of the saturated injector. 2. Vacuum pump capacity decreases. 3. Vacuum tube, loose joint and leakage of vacuum gauge. 4. Pressure test of magnetic particle flaw detector. In the absence of any solvent, shut off all external butterfly valves and pipelines. 5. There are sundries in the discharge valve and pressure control valve. 6. Broken glass wool sandwich board.1. Empty solvent, empty bottle test. 2. Motor speed (only the highest)1, test whether tachogenerator coil circuit, seven core plug by the multimeter "1, 2," the foot (plug to align the slots on both sides) around 400 Ω normal resistance. 2. Short circuit between generator coil and enclosure. 3. Generator magnetic ring does not work. 4. The magnetic ring of the generator is broken.1. Generator break, update the coil or connect the break point. 2. Loosen the generator cover at the back end of the motor to eliminate short circuit. 3. Tighten the M5 nut. 4. Update the generator magnetic ring.


Motor heating

1, the motor temperature rise (shell temperature from room temperature), delta T [2] 40 ℃ or less normal 2, delta T > 40 ℃ by the right way to handle. 3.
